Export Your Data
Follow these instructions to download your data archive from each platform.
Go to Google Takeout
Navigate to Google Takeout to download your data archive.
Select Data Types
Click "Deselect All" then enable only these categories for fastest results:
Configure Export Settings
Choose these settings for the smallest file size:
Upload to Privacy Guardian
Once downloaded, extract the ZIP and upload the JSON files from the Takeout/My Activity/ folder.
Open Facebook Settings
Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Your Facebook Information
Select Data Range & Format
Choose JSON format and select these categories:
For Instagram
In the Instagram app: Profile → Menu → Your Activity → Download Your Information
Open Microsoft Privacy Dashboard
Visit the Microsoft Privacy Dashboard and sign in with your Microsoft account.
Download Your Data
Navigate to Privacy → Download your data. Select Bing Search History and Edge Browsing History.
Export Format
Microsoft exports as a ZIP containing JSON files. Upload SearchHistory.json or BrowsingHistory.json.
