Vibing Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using Vibing, an intent-first social app for short-lived social opportunities.
Using Vibing
You may use Vibing only if you can legally agree to these terms and meet the app's age and eligibility requirements. You are responsible for your account, activity, content, location-sharing choices, and interactions with other users.
Community and safety rules
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, stalk, or endanger other users.
- Do not post illegal, hateful, sexual exploitation, violent, deceptive, or abusive content.
- Do not use Vibing to coordinate unsafe activity or expose someone's private location or identity without consent.
- Respect room rules, signal preferences, visibility controls, blocks, and moderation decisions.
User content
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant Vibing the rights needed to host, display, transmit, moderate, and operate that content as part of the service. Time-scoped vibes and rooms may expire from normal views, but safety logs, reports, backups, or legal records may persist where necessary.
Location-based features
Vibing's local discovery features depend on device permissions and approximate proximity logic. You should not rely on Vibing for emergency, safety-critical, or navigation purposes. Meet others responsibly and use your judgment.
Accounts and deletion
If Vibing supports account creation, the app must provide an account deletion option. Public deletion instructions are available at /vibing/account-deletion/.
Availability and changes
Vibing may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including vibe categories, signals, rooms, crossed-path features, moderation tools, or recap flows. The service is provided as available and may contain bugs or interruptions.
